In this information society, we can see some new types of cooperation in business. These new cooperations are seemed to be based on the new business paradigm. What is the new business paradigm? Approaching this question, we first try to discuss the distinction between the information and the materials. Then we find seven features of the information (1. making relationship, 2. plasticity, 3. not expendability, 4. making emergence by combination, 5. assist to learninng, 6. subjectivity, 7. dependance on the context). And further, we find the following three view points to analyze information society. 1. We must follow up the dynamic relationship between elements in management systems. 2. We must accept that each of elements has its sense of values. 3. We must suppose that the boundary between elements can move. From the three points, we can understand the new type of cooperation in business today. In the information society, if one considers one's own profit only, he can't make it. One can make his own profit, only when he considers the other's profit from the other's point of view as well as his own profit. The new type of cooperation is not the bargaining cooperation, but the dynamic relational cooperation. The dynamic relational cooperation shows us "information-oriented business paradigm".
