Today, management is requested to constantly develop the innovative knowledge and new style. For such self-organizing management, what "field" should we construct in organization? Approaching this question, in the last paper by the author, we discussed the concept of the "field" in management. We got the suggestion that the "field" in management is a set of organizational behavior rules belonging to individuals. In other words, the "field" indicates "orders" and "values" in management to each individual. To analyze the relationship between self-organizing management and the "field" more clearly, in this paper, we try to discuss the following three points. (1) importance of the "internal" viewpoints for analyzing self-organizing processes, (2) "autonomy" and "relationship" in the "field," (3) contribution of "reliability" and "trust" to make knowledge emergence in organization. In short, this paper concludes that the "field" filled with "reliability" and "trust" promotes self-organizing behavior in management.
