As a new imaging spectrum technique, LASIS (Large Aperture Static Imaging Spectrometer) has the novel optical design and many advantages, while its data processing is very complex. In this paper, we introduce the optical interferometer geometry and the data processing of LASIS, in which the raw CCD interference images are realigned to form the autocorrelation image which is an image of one spatial pixel imaging on various optical path differences, and the autocorrelation images make practically use of discrete cosine transform to recover the spectrums. Meanwhile this paper proposes a new matching algorithm, Image Dense Matching Algorithm with Region Growing which has sub-pixel precision using iteratively to reduce the error. This algorithm has the advantage of high precision and fast operation speed and it has overcome the effect of interference fringe in matching.
