For the purpose of establishing the successive practical screening urinary examination for the school children, we performed an epidemiological investigation. According to our survey on the 971 cases of Kidney diseases including 91 cases of Kidneytransplantation, 154 of artificial hemodialysis, 524 of the schoolchildren cases and the others of the ordinary people's, several riskfactors as predecessors and or aggravators of the Kidney diseases were listed up. When the people, especially school children encounter with one of those riskfactors, we propose that the handy urinary examination should be done by the schoolchild himself or by the Menuhealthing Teacher, and or by the family themselves, on the understanding that the examination would be very profitable for early diagnosis of the Kidney diseases. And farther understanding that the early diagnosis and early treatment of the disease will be very worthy to defend humanbeing against the stressive influence of the Kidneytransplantation and of the related braindeath problems to the society, would then be ultimately recognized.
