To study the time reversal symmetries of nuclei and hadrons, we have introduced and estimated the viscosities of hadronic systems on the basis of chaos and viscosity theory. We have shown that the time reversal symmetry is conserved in case of smaller viscosities (v≲10^<-3> [m^2/s]; strong interactions and electro-magnetic interactions) and is violated in case of larger viscosities (v≳1 [m^2/s]; weak interactions). We have also found the simple relation between the strength (a) of interactions and the viscosity (v) of hadronic systems (va≃10^<-7> [m^2/s]).
