環境基本計画策定における市民意識の反映に関する研究 : 愛知県一宮市を事例として

This paper aims to describe the effectiveness of citizen participation system concerning the environment master plan. In order to clarify the reflection to the environment master plan of the citizen consciousness, such as water pollution, greenery, garbage and material circulation, the questionnaire data of ICHINOMIYA city in AICHI prefecture and the discussing process by the citizens' committee were used. As a result of analysis, the citizen consciousness based on the questionnaire was partly reflected to the original plan which was settled on by the citizens' committee. To reflect the citizen consciousness to the environment master plan closely, it is necessary to prepare the questionnaire plan far the citizens' committee. And to give the members of citizens' committee a chance for discussing with the public clerk is necessary too.
