In this paper, we suggest a brokerage-type supply and demand business model to reduce the environment load. First, we suggest environment load advantage as a new competitive strategy to green governance. Then, we review organizational intelligence paradigm to arrange discussion framework of inter-organizational relation. Finally, employing organizational function and organizational form as the axis, we define five types of business model that are conceptualized from retailer. We select a company as a case of the brokerage-type supply and demand business model, describe business process of this company, and contrast the brokerage-type supply and demand business model with a traditional retailer. As a result, the brokerage-type supply strategy advantage of y and demand business model reveals the characteristics such as share information and knowledge with customer, and standardization of merchandise and transaction, real-time and tow-way communications, parallel and multi-channel communication. Moreover the brokerage-type supply and demand business model realizes effectiveness with respect to (1) an increase in customer obtainment and customer upkeep (2) energy reduction (3) promote dematerialization. In conclusion, the brokerage-type supply and demand business model using information technology based on organizational intelligence can increase the advantage of environment load of theirs.
