It is necessary to learn a grammar of programming language for making programs, but it is not enough to do that for making programs. Because computers are accurate logic machines, further it is necessary to master a logic descriptive method "a computer algorithm". But an actual algorithm theory is which has been gathered many singular technical skills and only calculations from mathematics know ledges. Therefore newly I will suggest the evolutionism of algorithm which in common with elementary and advanced programs has been extracted basic algorithm component and has been systematized. As following, it is possible to make programs effectively by using the correct algorithm and a new algorithm evolution can be expected.
