In 1992, I reported the incidence of infectious diseases among our students who travel abroad between March 1980 and July 1992. This paper is, too based on my study of certain diseases which according to Japan's Ministry of health classification are communicable diseases. My subject was the O.U.F.S. students who travelled to various Asian countries between August 1992 and August 1996. In my study, I examined 8 patients and 5 cases which included bacillary dysentery and para-typhoid fever A. The diseases were contacted while travelling in India or Indonesia. The radio of female patients were incresed during the period 1992〜1996 copmpared with 1980〜1992. In case (1), the patient was detected to be having both Salmonella paratyphoid fever A and malaria during her blood examination. So I speculate, in one episode that patients might have contacted not only one communicable disease but several infectious diseases giving a mlxed infection. This study attempted to demonstrate that the communicable disease among the students of O.U.F.S.can be prvented.
