The densities of the binary molten salts of LiF-NaF, LiF-KF, LiF-CaF_2 and LiF-BaF_2 systems have been measured by "the double bob method" based on the Archimedes' principle. As the bobs, two platinum balls of 15 mm φ (1.77 cm^3) and 10mm φ (0.52 cm^3) are used. The obtained results are as follows : 1) The densities of molten LiF, NaF and KF agree well with reported values. 2) Measured densities of each binary system increase with the decrease in LiF content. These density data are presented as a function of temperature for each salt mixture. 3) The molar volume isotherms are calculated and the law of additivity of the molar volume is confirmed for all of the investigated systems. And it is assumed that the molar volume isotherms will be linear for these fluoride binary systems.
