A large negative magnetoresistance observed in layered compounds of 1T-TaS_2 and Ti_<1-x>V_xSe_2 (x=0.03) is interpreted as due to the occupation of the more extended Anderson localized states, which becomes possible by the Zeeman shift of energy eigenvalues.
