In this research, instruction to a child's sport was provided as a coach and the field concerned was observed simultaneously. Instruction was provided after referring to a field notes and VTR. The relation with Mr. R "the child to worry" for 'me', changed after six months. It was change to the participation which holds a suitable distance from response-participation to all. It is not known whether this change was realized by the coach's intention. However, it can be considered that the practice provided the adaptation-environment to Mr. R at that time. And subsequently it can be considered that Mr. R's chance to improve his motivation enhanced into the future. Those who are engaged in education or sport instruction are shaking at the ambivalent target. They worry about a child's dropout by his motivation and superfluous motivation. From practice of this research, child's actual condition and development were considered to be more important than 'the figure which should be', and 'a desirable figure', and this concluded that these were required to overcome the conflict between an ambivalent targets.
