The purpose of this research is to produce a coaching literature on volleyball by comparing each skill set and examining the content of each point in multiple games against the same team at various leagues levels. The sets analyzed were NK University women's 10 sets in the 5 three-set games fought against the 5 teams that belonged to the Second League (SL) in the All Kyushu University Women's Volleyball competition in the spring of 2003, and the 27 sets in the 7 five-set games fought against 7 teams that belonged to the Top ' League (TL) in the All Kyushu University Women's Volleyball League in the fall of.2003: Main findings were as follows: 1), it was clarified that there was a stark difference in the ability to get points between the TL teams and SL teams. The TL teams had a superior ability to get points and played more quality games regardless of whether they had a right to serve or not. 2) The SL teams had many consecutive point losses. Even in the games that were lost by both leagues the SL teams had a poorer overall game content. 3) It was also clarified that there, was a stark difference in the ability to serve and spike starting from serve-receive. In order for the SL teams to advance to the TL they need to improve skills in these areas. 4) Examining what resulted after spiking-attacks in the said games, it was further clarified that the TL teams had a superior ability in blocking and spiking after serve-receive.
