The authors analyze recycling business and the Containers and Packaging Recycling Law, and suggest possibility for diveloping glass-recycling. The paper mainly focuses on glass recycling and technology of N manufacturer which can produce civil-materials from glass wastes without classification by color type. The Containers and Packaging Recycling Law has many defects, and disruption is occurred in the field of recycling. The important elements are promotion of demand-expansion and cost burden of collection and separating garbage by drink-company.
