Many civilized countries in the world think to change the way of broadcast. Until now broadcasting is carried out in analogue format. They want to change their broadcasting from analogue format to digital format If the way of broadcast is changed into digital format,then the picture of television becomes more clear. And the use of electric wave becomes efficiently. But, this change brings not only technical change but also social change. In this article studied how to appear the social change.
