A simulation program is a useful tool to predict the hybridization error propagated through a microfluidic system. In particular, this can facilitate determination of important parameters through cheap and fast simulated trial-runs in preparation for an actual computing experiment. This paper provides a model of the hybridization event between solution strands and capture probes. Additionally, it discusses a particular implementation of the model which provides a convenient web-accessible interactive simulation and useful visualization of the data. This implementation is a helpful addition to a DNA computing professional's toolkit.
