Perovskite-type (La_<1-x>Sr_x)Fe0_3 (0≦x≦0.5) is synthesized at I300℃ in a floity flow of pure oxygen, and its elecyrical resistivity (R) measured under various relative humidities (H). R of LaFeO_3 decreases with increasing H owing to its ionic conductivity. On the other hand, in the range 0.1≦x≦0.5, R increases with increasing H. This phenomenon is explained by the electron boundary layer model.
