Integrated Reflectivities of Mosaic Single Crystals as a Function of Neutron Wavelength

The integrated reflectivities of the following monocrystals:Ge(111), Cu(220), Zn(0002), and Pb(220), have been measured for neutron wavelengths between 0.6 and 2.0 angstroms.The results incorporate the influence of collimators.The experimental values agree closely with the theoretical model.The present investigation also includes the experimental results of the mosaic spreads of the above crystals.All the crystals were studied by reflection geometry.
