The transition process of boundary layer in high-accelerated flow-condition was experimentally investigated. At various positions along the wall with pressure gradient, mean and fluctuating velocity components were measured using a hot-wire anemometer. The turbulent boundary layer was once laminarized by high-acceleration of the mean flow, and then re-transition occurred in non-accelerated flow field following the acceleration field. The re-transition onset-point is almost correspondent with the value of the pressure gradient parameter K, Δp which the reverse transition commences, from a viewpoint of turbulent intensity change. But from the viewpoint of the change of other characteristic quantities of the boundary layer, the re-transition onset-point does not agree with the above-mentioned results.
