The temperature differences between the triple points of neon, oxygen and argon realized in two types of sealed cells designed by the Istituto di Metrologia "G. Colonnetti" (IMGC, Italy) and the National Research Laboratory of Metrology (NRLM, Japan) are measured. The triple point temperatures for neon and argon agree within the error of measurement between the two types of cells, while the oxygen triple point of the NRLM cell is 1.4 mK higher than that of the IMGC cell.
