The strongly oriented superconducting Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O film on (100) MgO single crystal with T_<c(onset)>=104 K and T_<c(zero)>=80 K has been prepared by high pressure DC sputtering process. The superconductivity and the phases of the films annealed at 870℃ are strongly related to the annealing time. The equilibrium phases are the semiconductor (peaks corresponding to the planar spacing d of 12.3 Å (2θ=7.2)) and a small fraction of insulator phases.
