Hall Effect in Superconducting (La_<1-x>Sr_x)_2CuO_4 Single Crystal Thin Films

Resistivity and Hall coefficient have been measured over the temperature range below 300 K for superconducting (La_<1-x>Sr_x)_2CuO_4 single crystal thin films epitaxially grown on SrTiO_3 (100) by magnetron sputtering. It is found that the carrier density at 300 K is 6.8×10^<21> cm^<-3> and that it decreases notably with falling temperature. Carrier localization due to oxygen vacancies is briefly discussed.
