Magnetoelastic oscillations of a Bloch wall are investigated theoretically. The viscosity of the material and the spin damping are taken into account in their rotationally invariant form. It is shown that the solid viscosity affects not only the generated-sound spectrum but also the resonance spectrum of wall oscillations. The nominal effect of the viscosity is coupled with the static and dynamic magnetoelastic interactions.
