Image Parallel Storage Technique Using Holographic Optical Disk

A novel method for implementing image paralled strage is presented, based on the theory of holographic optical disk storage. The required optical disk holograms are designed using an iterative search algorithm which we developed. The image readout architecture is proposed, and the search technique of specified optical disk holograms is described in detail. An experiment has been performed to demonstrate the optical comparison paralled encoding addressing technique.
