We have investigated magnetic flux focusing in DyBaCuO step-edge Josephson junctions. It was clear that the relationship between junction size W and the interval of the minima (ΔB) showed that ΔB was proportional to W^<-2>, not W^<-1>. It was inferred that film thickness t was much shorter than penetration depth λ. Also a clear Fraunhofer-like magnetic diffraction was observed in a junction with a steeper step angle (θ=60°) rather than θ=45°.
