The results of in-pile resistance measurements of three different oxides, LnBa_2Cu_3O_<7-y>(Ln=Y, La) and La_2CuO_4, which were irradiated with fission neutrons at low-temperature at the Kyoto University Research Reactor facility are reported. After the neutron irradiation at 20 K to the fluence in the range of 10^<16>n/cm^2, LnBa_2Cu_3O_<7-y> and La_2CuO_4 of non superconducting specimens did not show any radiation-induced superconductivity, and the resistance increased in the temperature range above 20 K. In YBa_2Cu_3O_<7-y>, the transition temperature did not change appreciably with the low-temperature neutron irradiation. The remarkable improvement of transition temperature T_c of these superconductors after the neutron irradiation, which was reported previously by Atobe and Yoshida, could not be detected.
