The temperature dependence of electrical conductivity of ON state of the charge transfer complex methyltriphenylar-sonium-(TCNQ)_2 shows the characteristics of an amorphous material in the temperature range of 10 K to 236 K. The low resistance (∼1 Ω) of ON state of the sample is due to the field induced structural phase transition from high resistance (∼10^3 Ω) OFF state at a field of ∼2.5×10^5 V/m under pressure at a temperature of 300 K. In the hopping regime of the ON state both negative and positive magnetoresistance is observed at temperatures of 11 and 32 K.
