Stark modulation spectra of the ICl rovi bronic transitions B^3∏^+_0(υ'=1,2,3)⇽X^1?^+(υ"=0) and B^3∏^+_0(υ'=3)⇽X^1?^+(υ"=1) were observed and analyzed. From the analysis of the Stark shifts for the M'=^+_-2⇽M"=^+_-2 component of the P(3) lines, the permanent electric dipole moments in the B^3∏^+_0(υ'=1,2,3) states were determined with their signs relative to that in the X^1Σ^+ state.
