A deterioration phenomenon was observed in the rate of flux reversal of electro-deposited Ni-Fe thin films from a sulfate bath, as time elapsed after electrodeposition. No noticeable deterioration was found in the flux reversal of a specimen which was deposited at higher current densities than 100 mA/cm^2. Under the plating conditions at lower current densities than 100 mA/cm^2, weak acidity anad concentrated ferrous ion in a solution promoted the deterioration. Furthermore, high bath temperatures gave increased deterioration, whereas an addition of a wetting agent into the solution improved such a deterioration phenomenon to some extent.
