X-ray scattering data at small angles by PuPont Ludox type HS and SM, a colloidal dispersion of silica sphere in water were obtained and analyzed. Only the experimental data were employed for the analysis. The three independent parameters obtained from the least squares method and radius extrapolation were then converted to size distributions of the log-normal form. These derived size distributions agreed very well with direct electron-microscopic results.
