Some additional theoretical considerations are taken to supplement a previous paper^<1)> which treats the dependence of the frequency error of Doppler beat signals on the size of scattering particles in a differential Doppler flowmeter. An approximate formulation is developed here for giving the value of frequency errors. The theoretical results of frequency errors obtained are verified experimentally on the basis of the wave-period measuring system of Doppler beat signals.
