Thin films of Ni-Fe (Ni 50-100%) are irradiated by 250 kV-deuterons below 50℃. The anisotropy constant, K_u, of normal incidence films reaches a saturation value with 10-20 minutes irradiation (10^<16> deuterons/cm^2), easy axis being parallel to the magnetic field applied during irradiation. The saturation value of K_u as a function of Ni concentration is explained well by the atom and vacancy orders. The change in K_u of oblique incidence films is independent of the field direction during irradiation. In the case of 30°incidence, K_u increases (Ni<85%) or decreases (Ni>90%) at the initial stage of irradiation, and after the initial change |K_u|decreases monotonously. In the case of 60°incidence, a similar result is obtained except that the initial stage change in K_u with irradiation is not so clear. These results are suspected to be due to a change in the columnar structure caused by the vacancy migration.
