The flow conductivity of non-ideal type-II superconductors with pinning force is presented using the local model, in which the local field of fluxoid is given by modifying the general solution of the London equation. The local field is deformed due to the motion of fluxoid. The amplitude of the deformation in ideal superconductors without pinning force is derived by comparing the flow conductivity calculated by the local model with that by the Time-Dependent Ginzburg-Landau theory. The flow conductivityof non-ideal superconductors is calculated by superposing the deformation due to the motion of fluxoid on that due to the pinning force. As the result of the superposition of both the deformations, the flow conductivity of non-ideal superconductors becomes smaller than that of ideal superconductors. Further, varieties of J_t-V characteristics in the non-ideal superconductors are explained by the growth of the deformation.
