The domain wall energy in uniaxial films with additional anisotropy fluctuation is derived as functions of the position and the type of the wall. The result indicates that the coercive force of the wall which is originally of the Bloch type can be reduced if the wall repeatedly receives wall type transitions. In the case of the film with additional random anisotropies the wall coercivity is reduced to a half of the original value and in most cases of the film with fluctuation of additional planar stress the wall coercivity is reduced to zero. It is indicated that the origin of wall creeping in the films thicker than about 700Å is attributable to this coercivity reduction.
