A high-sensitive but very simple calorimeter has been designed for the purpose of phase change detection. The key point is in use of styrofoam in construction of the conduction type calorimeter. The sensitivity is so high that the sample whose size is about 2cc is enough for the most of purposes. For instance the well defined anomalous heat capacities in Rochelle-salt have been detected by this method.
