The dynamical charge separation, or the dynamical "quasi-charge-neutrality," which plays an essential role in most solid-plasma waves, is carefully examined theoretically and quantitatively through the explicit use of the Poisson's equation, particularly on the surface-density helical wave in solid. Next, based upon the theoretical results, somewhat more detailed structure of this wave is shown, putting the primary emphasis on the charge-separation and related induced potential. Finally, theoretically predicted wave structure is confirmed experimentally on germanium rod samples in a straight-forward manner by making the most of the useful properties of the Schottky-probe; namely, by the separate detections of time-dependent variations in the carrier density and the induced potential. In experiments, conventional n^+-probes is also utilized for determining the modes, the wave number and the relative amplitude of oscillations.
