• It is difficult to adopt the flow line system for assembly blocks, because unbalance of working time at each stage causes vacuum and over flow, from which idle arise. To avoid these conditions, the flow line is necessary to have buffer area. By the calculation, buffer area is at least 1.5〜1.75 times maximum length of block.
