In this paper, three new types of ozone generation systems are proposed. In one system, two high voltages, whose phase differences can be changed, are applied to an ozonizer, with three electrodes that are arranged coaxially. In the other two systems, three phase voltage is applied to the discharge tube, which has three fine electrodes. In these systems, the silent discharge and the surface discharge are superposed on the same space as the ozonizer. As the results, ozone generation, ozone concentration and ozone yield in a superposed discharge type ozonizer were higher than those of individual discharge ozonizers. Thus, the superposed discharge systems can improve high ozone concentration and high ozone yield.
