The important factors of the success of Mayekawa Mfg. Co. , Ltd. Group (hereinafter referred to as MAYEKAWA) will be analysed and discussed in this paper. MAYEKAWA has developed a system for creating information based on human interaction. They think, in this rapidly changing age, information should be created, not be stored or processed. In order to create information, non-linguistic information through face-to-face communication is most valuable. So relationships are very important in this information culture. They also think, taking action based on their information is important, information without action does not have any value at all. The establishment of a human-based information culture is important for the effectiveness of information for the End User Computing (EUC) System.
