There is no any country without education no matter how big the country is, good education is very important to the country development, especially for developing country like Taiwan. It is well known that Taiwan is advancing to a hither economic state, however, it is full of the valuation of material things. People are tracing the body comforts too much, spiritual, artistic and intellectual thing too little. Except the high-tech that we have been working on so many years, the high-arts is which we should more concentrate in the near future. What kinds of university is the idle modern university for young generation? It is no doubt that humanistic education with arts would be the most important education in the coming epoch. On this purpose I would like to present concept of a poly-art university.
