Kasama Geijutsunomori Park "The Forest of Magician's Clay", the park where it is constructed is examined as an example, as for this study about the method which is developed into the public art in the public space by the civil engineering works. The process until the artist thinks, and that is made and installed in the space by the civil engineering works, is reported. Based on artist's aims, it is reported that it has been done in the flow of the plan of the public work, the design and the execution of work how. From the position on the artist, designer, administrative side, it thinks about the meaning of the thing that the public art is installed in the public space.
