In this paper a new algorithm proposed in order to solve stability vs formation ability dilemma of competitive learning. This algorithm is based on Growing Cell Structures of Self-Organizing Mapping. We improve the algorithm to realize endless learning, automatic classification, and adaptation to input pattern variation. Then we havecomfined advantage of the NEW algorithm and conventional algorithms.
