This report proposes a QOS control scheme in PHS with the H.223 Annex A multiplexing protocol. The Annex allows both video transmission with ARQ or FEC and an audio transfer without any control over a single radio link. In order to achieve lip-synch in a live media transmission, we have applied the slide control and confirmed the effectiveness in a previous report. However, there is a trade-off between the quality of the lip-synch and that of the transmission delay. Moreover, it depends on contents of communications which quality should be guaranteed. Then, we propose a QOS control scheme so that the quality of the media can be managed according to the contents. Through simulation we confirm the effectiveness of the scheme.
