The present author, previously, reported case studies of development about home management ability of housewives in the case of social education and home education. Therefore, this paper reports on college education. In order to judge the development by college education, the investigation of 350 housewives who studied home management in the college was compared with that of 348 (out of home economics course) housewives who did not study home management in the same college. The method of this study is same as the previous works. The following are the major findings ; 1) Home management ability can be developed by the study of home management in the college. 2) In the activities of home management, ability of planning had been developed especially. 3) In the resources that are the object of home management, management ability of family love and foods had been developed.
