• Spasmodic torticollis, neck and shoulder dystonia are one of the most refractory functional neuromuscular diseases. We (Saito & Weiss, 1988) have developed an apparatus for treating spasmodic torticollis that can be used at home both during intensive therapy and follow-up. By recycling of a paper-speaker which is used in greeting cards, we tried a simple and cheap apparatus for headposition-trainer which was easy to make and keep still the principle of biofeedback control.
