Decision-making in real problems is done in a fuzzy environment. Thus, Fuzzy-Bayes decision rules have been proposed to cope with fuzzy state of nature where it is rather easy to decide fuzzy loss function, although it is difficult to decide explicit loss function in a fuzzy environment. In this paper we deal with a decision problem where fuzzy states of nature and explict loss functions are given. Fuzziness of state of nature can be transfered into loss functions by the extension principle and then we obtain fuzzy loss functions and fuzzy expected loss. A decision rule is proposed by comparing fuzzy expected loss by use of the order relation of Fuzzy number. Futher the optimal decision obtained by Bayes decision rule can be evaluated as the possibility value by the membership function of the fuzzy expected loss.
