The prevention method for leaching of the inorganic particles contained in Teflon was investigated. Many efforts have been needed to clean the vessels by means of dissolving and leaching. Moreover the acidic solution diffuses into the deep layer gradually and dissolves the particles in a deep point. It makes more difficulties to remove the leaching solution. The surface layers cleaned with the acid solution was melted with a gas flame and cooled to reform the dense surface. The temperature of the gas flame and the heating time were investigated. By the heat treatment, the inorganic particles were kept within Teflon and prevented their dissolution in analytical works. The treatment enabled us no contamination from Teflon vessels. The Teflon vessels performed the treatment were used for HF vaporphase decomposion method. Blank test values for Fe were under 2 ng. And the values for Cu and Cr were under 1 ng. But the values of Fe without the heat treatment were 3 ng to 25 ng. Under the treatment, ppb levels of Fe could be analyzed.
