This paper presents a design of reliable broadcast communication system on unreliable broadcast networks like Ethernet and radio networks. We design a reliable broadcast protocol names totally ordering broadcast (TO) protocol on the unreliable broadcast networks. By using the TO protocol, application processes can receive all the PDUs in the same order. In this paper, we show the data transmission procedure and performance of the TO protocol.
