The correlation between initial permeability and temperature (μ_i〜T curve) for nanocrystalline Fe_<72.7>Cu_1Nb_2V_<1.8>Si_<13.5>B_9 alloy annealed at 530-620℃ was investigated. Three types of μ_i〜T curve were observed. The corresponding annealing temperatures are (1) T_a=530〜550℃, (2) T_a=560-590℃ and (3) T_a⩾600℃. The phase structure of alloy corresponding to the three types of μ_i〜T curve was analysed and the effects of the grain size and volume fraction of α-Fe(Si) phase as well as the magnetic properties of residual amorphous phase on μ_i〜T curve were also discussed.
