Preface Today, many of timepiece engineers and custmers are paying attention to the high timekeeping accuracy of the timepiece with mechanical vibrator. Then, following questions may arrise Why does the mechanical vibrator excell over the classical ballance wheel ? And, can we take it as true that mechanical vibrator would be most popular oscillator in place of the classical ballance wheel ? Writer is going to make clear these questions.
